Return and Refund Policy

What Items Are Returnable?

At Zoomie, we offer a Money Back Guarantee for eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them.
  • Orders in transit cannot be canceled or modified.

If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Note: Free returns are not available for customers in HI, PR, AK, GU, VI, or international orders.


Restocking Fee

For returning an item, a restocking fee will apply. The exact fee will depend on the item and will be communicated during the return process.


Lost or Stolen Packages

At Zoomie, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided during checkout. Upon inquiry, we will provide the following:

  • Confirmation of delivery to the address provided.
  • Date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier details for you to investigate further.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Free or promotional items.

Are There Any Charges for Returns?

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Starting January 31, 2023, we’ve partnered with donation centers to process returns as donations. Simply visit your nearest donation center and donate the items to help those in need.

How It Works:

  1. Donate the item to a registered donation center.
  2. Obtain a donation tax receipt as proof.
  3. Email us the proof of donation, and we’ll handle the refund process.
    Please Note: Do not contact the donation center for a refund; refunds are processed directly by us.

How to Initiate a Return?

  1. Enter your order number and email address on our Contact Us page.
  2. You will receive a confirmation email with return or donation instructions.

How Soon Will I Get My Refund?

Once we receive proof of donation with your tax receipt, we will email you to confirm the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 1-5 business days.


Chargebacks/Disputes

Our team is here to assist and resolve any issues promptly. Our policies are designed to be fair, and we are committed to finding the best resolution for you.

We kindly ask that you contact us directly with any issues before initiating a chargeback. Before proceeding with a chargeback, we will provide you with the best offers and solutions to resolve your concerns. Filing a fraudulent chargeback will be treated as theft and may result in legal action.
